Our return policy is designed to give brides a fair chance to return an item that is wrong and solve the problem as soon as possible, so a bride does not have to worry about looking for a dress or veil last minute.
We only accept return of items in their original condition within 48 hours of delivery. All deliveries have a tracking number so we can verify the time of delivery. The dresses must be unwashed, undamaged, clean (no makeup, deodorant, or any stain), unworn, unaltered, and with original tags.
If the cause of return is a mistake on our part, we will refund all shipping cost and refund 100% of the order. For more details see accepted return reason below.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We do not accept exchanges.
We will refund 100% of the purchase and cover the return shipping fees in the following cases only:
Sizing issues : All of our clients will be contacted before their order is processed so we can review sizing together - no exceptions. We want to make sure you are ordering the right size. All dresses have a 1- 2.5 cm variation. It is standard practice for most tailors to account for mistakes when measuring and/or body fluctuations.This variation does not affect the fit of the dress. You are responsible for the measurement and sizing information you provide. We only accept returns for items shipped in the wrong size. For example, you ordered a size 10 and got a size 12. Before you send us your dress back, make sure we made a mistake. If we sent you the dress in the size you requested, we will not process the refund, and you will be responsible for shipments costs if you want the dress returned back.
Color issues : We will be glad to send you a free color swatch to ensure the color matches your expectations. The color might vary by 2% in tone given that fabrics that are not dyed at the same time can have that variation sometimes, but will be essentially 97% -100% the same color as the swatch. We will refund 100% if the color sent to you was the wrong color. For example, you ordered a white dress and received an ivory dress.
Wrong item: Again our ordering process is unique and tailored to avoid these mistakes. We send you pictures of the item before we pack and ship. However, if we send you the wrong item, we will refund the money.
